Harvest Full of Hope Celebrates Recovery

It’s hard to believe October is just a few weeks away! We look forward to the changing season—and to celebrating the 15th Annual Lehigh Valley Harvest Full of Hope in Bethlehem, Penn. on October 19.

ITE/MH partnered with Harvest Full of Hope and invited Lehigh Valley residents to share their unique expressions of mental health recovery—through poetry, writing, art, or photography—with us.

We received many submissions and asked a group of people with lived experience to select the five most uplifting entries. The creators of these entries received a digital camera.  A selection of photos the five recipients take with these cameras between now and the end of September will be displayed at the Harvest Full of Hope event.

Below are the chosen entries, along with Honorable Mentions. Thank you to everyone who submitted a piece.  Enjoy! How do you see recovery—tell us your story in the comments section?
